Hello folks, just a quick message updating you on some important developments with the Coracle. Some of you will know that in addition to publishing this newsletter I also have a full-time job that requires me to work a varying shift pattern. My primary responsibility is as a father and husband and so trying to balance all of this has become more of a challenge. To make sure that I can balance things well I have decided that this newsletter will go from a weekly to a fortnightly publishing schedule. I believe this will not only help me at home and work but also be positive for you as I have more time to bring you better and better quality writing and resources for your walk with God. You will get your final weekly email this week and then your next one will arrive on the 18th June.
St Cumines Return
In June we will launch a new section to the newsletter - St Cumine’s Return - this section is devoted to the Rosary, Litanies and other prayers written and said in Scots and Gaelic. We have been busy recording the Rosary in both Scots and Gaelic and collecting images from our churches that can be used as prayer cards which we will make available for free to be downloaded and used in your own prayers. This section is not a separate email but is part of your usual Coracle content. The Crombie Burn Reader continues in the same way.
Additionally you will recieve our Saints-Mail so that you can continue building your knowledge of Scotlands Saints and being able to ask for their prayers for all your personal circumstances.
Mary's Well
In other exciting news I just want to let you know about a new Catholic Ministry in Scotland called Mary's Well, which I and some others have founded. Its overarching vision is to see Scotland return to Christ, glorifying and praising Him across this land. St Moluag's Coracle was the first concrete step, but this is only the beggining. In the next few weeks I hope to send you more info.
Finally…
Things are always moving and growing and hopefully we are following the will of God, pray for all of us who input into the Coracle. Thank you for subscribing and if you have any suggestions/messages please do get in touch.
God Bless
